Nowadays as both parents pursue busy work schedules, children are being forced to travel alone. Appreciating this ground reality, several commercial airlines allow children above 5 years to fly alone. Most children are not aware of air travel safety and hence can easily get into trouble. Here are some valuable tips for children flying alone.

- Never let your child to travel alone if it is his/her first time travel.
- Allow the child to travel light and only with essential luggage.
- Teach the child about all likely problems during their travel and the means to overcome.
