Jetstar Airways		Restrictions and allowances details

Carry on Allowance		The total weight of all your carry on baggage must not exceed 7 kg. This includes 1 piece of hand baggage up to 48 x 34 x 23 cm per person. Besides, For International flights to/from Australia operated by Jetstar (JQ): Star Class- passengers can carry on a second piece of hand baggage up to 48 x 34 x 23 cm per person or a suit pack. If you are carrying a suit pack, it must not exceed thickness 11cm, width 60cm and length 114cm when it is unfolded. Economy class- passengers can carry on 1 small item such as a handbag, coat, small camera, umbrella, laptop or suit pack. If you are carrying a suit pack, it must not exceed thickness 11cm, width 60cm and length 114cm when it is unfolded. For destination specific information, please contact Jetstar Airways reservations.

Checked Baggage Allowance		For travel on Intra-Asia flights operated by Jetstar Asia (3K) or Valuair (VF) & Jetstar (JQ) Domestic & Tasman Services, each ticketed passenger can check up to 20kg of baggage (up to 30kg for Yangon flights operated by Jetstar Asia (3K)) Jetstar (JQ) International Long Haul Services Star Class- passengers can check up to 30kg of baggage Economy Class- passengers can check up to 20kg of baggage

Excess Baggage Rules		Additional charges apply for baggage exceeding the limits of free allowance. For more information, please contact Jetstar Airways reservations or refer to the Jetstar Airways website.

Delayed Lost Damaged Baggage		Please report any delayed, damaged or lost baggage to Jetstar Airways representative at the destination airport immediately after arrival.
