The following carry on rules apply based on the class of service-
First Class- each ticketed passengers is allowed to carry on 2 pieces of baggage, each weighing not more than 5kg and not exceeding the dimension of 20 x 40 x 55 cm
Economy Class- passengers can carry on 1 piece of baggage weighing not more than 5kg and not exceeding the dimension of 20 x 40 x 55 cm
Checked Baggage Allowance
The following checked baggage rules apply based on the class of service-
First Class- each ticketed passenger is allowed to check up to 40 kg of baggage
Business Class- each ticketed passenger is allowed to check up to 30 kg of baggage
Economy Class- each ticketed passenger is allowed to check up to 20 kg of baggage
Please note that baggage weighing over 50kg and exceeding the dimension of 40 x 60 x 100 cm are not accepted and must be shipped as cargo
Excess Baggage Rules

Delayed Lost Damaged Baggage
Please report any delayed, damaged or lost baggage to Hainan Airlines ground staff at the destination airport immediately after arrival.
