Carry on Allowance

"You are allowed one carry-on bag and one personal item. Personal items include a purse, briefcase, laptop or diaper bag. Carry-on baggage must be stowed in carry-on compartments of the aircraft, under a seat, or in an overhead compartment.

Size requirements:- Up to 51 inches/129 cm (11x14x26 inches or 28x35x66 cm)."

Checked Baggage Allowance

If you’re traveling Coach Class, you’re allowed 2 checked bags provided each of these falls within the following permissible limits:
• Weighing not more than 50 lb/23 kg
• Not exceeding 62 linear inches/157 cm (length + width + height)
First Class passengers can carry two bags, each weighing up to 70 lb/32 kg, and dimensions not exceeding 62 linear inches/157 cm (length + width + height).

Excess Baggage Rules If your baggage exceeds the permissible limits of free baggage allowance, you're required to pay additional fee based on quantity, weight and size. For each bag weighing 51-70 lb, you’ll be charged an additional amount of $50, and for bags between 70- 100 lb the fee is $80 each. For every bag between 63 and 80 inches, you're required to pay an additional amount of $80. There is a fee of $80 each for up to 7 additional bags. Bags weighing over 100 lbs and exceeding 80 inches are not accepted.
Delayed Lost Damaged Baggage

If your bag is delayed, please notify a US Airways representative before leaving the airport, or within four hours of arrival at your destination. If your baggage has not been located and returned within five days, mail or fax the Passenger Property Form to the Central Baggage Claims Office. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view this file.

If your bag is damaged, please notify a US Airways representative within 4 hours of arrival at your destination for domestic travel, or within 7 days for international itineraries. All reports must be made in person at the airport.

US Airways is not responsible for conditions that result from normal wear and tear, or the following:

Damage to: Wheels, feet, zippers, extending handles Over-packing of the bag Fragile or perishable items Loss of external locks Pull or security straps Manufacturer's defects

Repairs: Rynn's Luggage provides baggage repair services.

Sports Equipment For sports equipments like surfboards, cycles etc, you're required to pay a fixed handling fee. For detailed guidelines, please refer to the US Airways website.
