Singapore Airlines to recommence all-business flights to New York on a daily business

Singapore AirlinesSingapore Airlines resumes daily all business class flights to New York on January 18 as demand for the service begins to pick up.

Singapore Airlines in February reduced the frequency of the 100 seat Airbus A345 trips to five times a week, as fewer people sought premium travel as a result of the global economic slowdown.

A spokeswoman for the airline, that is reputed in the industry for its business and first class services to North America and Europe conveyed that there is increased demand, and that's why the flights are escalating.

Regional aviation analyst Jim Wong of Nomura Securities in Hong Kong stated that SIA's recent progress reflected a better trend as Asian economies lead the rest of the world in recuperating from the crisis.
