Business Class Travel » Business Class Travel News Business Class Travel NewsTuesday, October 13, 2009 The new Air New Zealand's Airpoints Programme will benefit atleast one in 5 kiwis as it offers customers with extraordinary privileges and also allows them to accumulate Airpoints Dollars,which can be used to buy any seat on an Air New Zealand flight.In order to give access for customers to earn Airpoints Dollars directly ,the airline has added new banking partners to the system.The initial fresh partner is Kiwibank, who will launch the "Go Fly" MasterCard early on by next month.The new credit card will enable cardholders to obtain Airpoints Dollars every time they spend, as well as offer a facility for families to share Airpoints Dollars and access special grabaseat flights.Kiwibanks acting CEO Paul Brock stated that this scheme will enable Kiwibank to offer additional value to customers who use this new credit card for their spending.BNZ's GlobalPlus will persist to be a credit card partner, with a variety of extra benefits for customers including the facility to earn status points on all credit card spend for Gold, Platinum and Business card holders. The launch of new financial partners is due to a series of new customer-led initiatives last year which earned Air New Zealand the Global Loyalty Innovation Award by Airline Business.
